Our 2nd Getto Welcome Speech

Welcome speech by my school friend Mary Suman (87-88 SSC Batch)

Good morning Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am Mrs. Mary Suman been the responsibility to address the welcome speech; an opportunity given with less than 6 months

I officially welcome one and all the members of BPES batch of 1987-88 for the 2nd reunion party. It’s almost 28 years since we left the gates of our alma mater in order to pursue our life long dreams.

This definitely smells like teen spirit as well as fills our minds with the past memories. I believe there to be at least 30 of our friends here. The number will fluctuate by minutes. This morning will be a special and meaningful morning for all of us. Many of our friends who cannot make it today have sent in their well wishes.

Among us now who are here, Shekhar have flew back all the way from UK, Jaqueline from the capital of our motherland (Delhi) Rekha Singh from Chennai and rest from the near and far from Mumbai. This indicates that school friends are the undeletable files of our hard drives.

Friends! Your presence will surely add a soothing effect and make this re-union a successful and memorable one. For our friends who are not here, may this day be a reason for them to find time for our next re-union.

Would you kindly allow me to make a bold proposal? Since this is a rare occasion, shall I use as a tribute to our BPES teachers, give all of you a big round of applause. Thank you.

I haven’t been to the first re-union which was held 2 years back in Kanjurmarg. This time I had the perfect opportunity to meet my friends after such a long time.

If memory is the child, high school is a mother. This is where our mod is, our framework, our philosophies in life have taken its roots. It has always been a fact that high school is the venue for almost all of us, our first towards adulthood.

Time flies, so much have changed. Our looks, our receding hairstyles, our waistlines, our address, still our school memories are fresh in our minds.

Once again I welcome, one and all present here. Have a wonderful time meeting our old friends and classmates. I’m indeed proud and happy.

The very popular autograph message during our school days:

There are big ships,

There are small ships

But there is no ship

Now, I request the newcomers, who hasn’t come to the 1st reunion to please, place your footsteps forward, over to the stage and introduce yourself.

Birthday wishes Marina

Letter to Marina

On this important day of your life, let me tell you that, Java is a computer programming language that is concurrent, class-based, object oriented and specifically designed to have as few implementation dependencies as possible.

May God bless you and give everything that you wish and seek. The flight tickets at cheaper rates, D’mart discount coupons, jumbo size fishes sold in the markets of Goa. Interesting recipes to cook delicious food and feed your family and friends.

If health permits, you should continue growing taller and taller and become tallest like amazing Eiffel tower and people across the globe should come and see you.

The safest way to is to lock the door from inside and start with the front door first, then you have windows, glasses, kitchen table and everything that needs cleaning.

Finally the Check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure that the proxy server is working. If you don’t believe you should be using a proxy server: Go to the Chrome menu > Settings > + Show advanced settings > Change proxy settings… > LAN Settings and deselect “Use a proxy server for your LAN”

Best of luck. Murder the cake and distribute to your near and dear ones.

Your time starts now.

With lots of love,

Arun Thevar

Birthday wishes

We all appreciate your energy levels and enthusiasm. It is very difficult to find hard working ladies like you and I think all the group members will also agree to this fact. Truly you are inspiration and if not with others, I can tell my daughter about your daily itinerary.

In the initial stages once our group is formed you made the chat sessions interesting with your humor and funny arguments with me. This urged everyone to stay tuned in the group and gel with each other with their bits. These things play a crucial role and we should never forget the person who poured kerosene to keep this FIRE LIVE and ALIVE….our admin.

Enjoy…….It’s your day…

Inactive Members

This message is for all inactive members. On one particular day during our chat session, it was brought to my notice that I do not allow others to share their views. There are no personal grudges against anyone. All are one and equal for me however it is quite natural that all those who are regularly online will be more confronted and comfortable with each other. Because we interact more, the less patience in giving responses and we cannot wait to speak out. I am curious and spontaneous most of the times. This forces me to be quick and type 8-10 lines  at one stroke. You should also curse my typing speed to some extent. It is because I have typed a lot in my professional life. I started as a data entry operator. Most of the hours in a day I spend looking at the monitor screen than concentrating on the nature’s beauty and babes.

Shylanand Maharaj

Shylanand Maharaj has finally decided to give up spirituality. Al his preachings and teachings,  was annoying all of us. Two days he was absolutely abnormal. I have even visited my family doctor to get medicines for headache and nausea after tolerating his words for two consecutive days. Admin is requested to reimburse the expenses when I submit my medicine bills during our next AGM. The person who is being highly acclaimed for his contribution towards digital world, making videos, slideshows and entertaining our BPES group was all of a sudden lost in a strange world. His devotional one liners in pure hindi language was making all of us mad. Finally we are happy that he is back to the safe corner. Welcome back Shyleshbhai.
