Afternoon NAP & Night RAP
You may have realised this many times during the lockdown. If you slept in the afternoon for about one hour, the night sleep session will kickstart after 1/2/3 AM.
There is no physical exhaustion that can force you to sleep because it is work from home ZAMANA these days and that does not adversely affect your energy levels. No mental fatigue because no quick turnaround tasks has been assigned to you. No train travel or encounter with pollution. You are super fresh even in the midnight.
… and after the sun has risen, the day becomes hell for you. Your standard routines are shaken.
