Work from Home had made my family believe that there is something that I am worth for. Until now, they were thinking I am a manager for nothing. Just giving orders (which was not the truth) and getting things done by my team members. With this new independent role that is offered after the last appraisal, I am mason, carpenter, electrician, builder and also the architect of these real estate projects. Doing everything from scratch to finish. I find joy and happiness in whatever I do, so anything that comes my way will be accepted by me. I am different.
